A9 & A9T cold rolling machine
Thanks to their modular system, the A-series machines can be universally adapted to your individual requirements. The machines can be equipped with various Grob forming technologies such as intermittent forming, classic cold forming or stroke stamping. The series is the economical all-in-one solution for forming solid material stock and is the entry-level model for sheet metal forming.
C6 Cold rolling machine
The C6 machine was specifically designed for cold forming precision splines with a smaller module in solid stock, on tubes and hollow shafts, for example on fork and cardan shafts, hubs or flanges.
C9 & C9T cold rolling machine
The C- series machines are suitable for processing longer and larger workpieces up to a module of approx. 3.5. With the option of an extended machine bed , longer splines can be generated. In combination with the torque drive of the C9T machine, reclamping of splines is possible and splines up to a lengths of 10'000 mm are feasible.
C9T-Helix cold rolling machine
The roller heads on the C9T-Helix cold rolling machine can be automatically tilted by up to 30°. This means that helical splines can also be produced.
R3 spinning machine
The R3 spinning machine is specially designed for the high-speed production of precise, light-gauge and rotationally symmetrical hollow parts with constant or variable wall thicknesses. However, metal spinning can also be used to produce numerous other geometries, such as recesses and grooves.
i9 Internal forming machine
The i9 internal forming machine covers a wide range of applications. For example, the i9 can be used to produce classic lightweight, sheet-metal clutch disc carriers, ring gear carriers for planetary transmissions, as well as thick-walled components with internal splines. This machine also opens up new possibilities in joining technology, such as direct joining by forming or clinching.
T12 cold forming machine
The T12 cold rolling machine is the largest of our gear cutting machines. It is particularly suitable for splining clutch carriers and other hollow parts, but also easily forms large profiles in solid material stock.
S8 slotting machine
The S8 Grob slotting machine is a very compact and modular machine for slotting, coining, cutting to length and forming cup-shaped or ring-shaped sheet metal parts. As the slotting stroke is mechanically limited in this machine concept, combined slotting and coining operations, which are required for the production of circlip grooves in clutch disc carriers, for example, can also be carried out.
